Child Protective Services Caseworker
The team is seeking a compassionate and highly motivated individual who is up for the challenge of working innovatively to manage a complex caseload in a fast-paced environment. Applicants should have a passion and drive for endorsing practices that strengthen families and promote child safety and well-being.
PREFERRED DEGREE QUALIFICATIONS: MSW, LSW, or LISW
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: BSW or Bachelor’s Degree in a Related Field
KEY COMPETENCIES: Exceptional organizational, time-management, and communications skills; Knowledge of trauma-informed care and evidenced-based practices; values diversity; thrives in fast-paced environment; ability to develop trust-based relationships with children, youth, families, and safety networks to secure positive outcomes; self-disciplined; ability to identify, understand, and appropriately apply federal, state, and local laws, policies, and principles.recruitment, retention plan development, and community outreach.
